This study was performed to study the impact of reward, recognition on employee motivation at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. The study had some objectives that were achieved through the process of data collection. Questionnaires were used as the primary data collection tool. A survey was conducted for collecting data from sample respondents chosen by convenience sampling. The responses were measured by Likert Scale, with its option ranging from Agree, strongly agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree.

The outcomes of this study show that there is an effective payments and rewards system at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. Employees at the bank receive salaries according to the market rate. The employees receive sufficient benefits and they are not overworked. The rewards and recognition system currently prevailing the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is satisfactory. The supervisor will give comments, assign further tasks, and provide guidance in the B.ED research project. The supervisor can also visit the designated research site of a trainee teacher. The supervisor can observe one or more interventions at the research site to check the progress of B.ED research project and guide student teacher for further procedure.

The supervisor-trainee teacher meetings are meant to facilitate the trainee teacher in B.ED research project. Trainee teacher can attend all or some of these meetings depending upon his/her need and progress in the research work. However, trainee teacher must discuss each and every step of the B.ed research project with the supervisor. The tentative schedule of supervisor-trainee teacher meetings is given below. However, minor amendments can be made to make the adjustment to local circumstances.

The B.ED research project after its completion will be submitted to the regional center of Allama Iqbal Open University by the trainee teacher with the signature of supervisor. AIOU B.ED Research project submission approval form (Appendix E) duly signed by supervisor must be attached with research project report at the time of final submission. The research project must be properly bound at the time of submission.

The soft copy of AIOU B.ED research project report in CD must also be submitted by the researcher at the time of final submission. The trainee teacher will be assessed by the evaluator on his/her report of the B.ED research project. Trainee teachers will attend the compulsory workshop of 03 days duration before working on the AIOU research project for BE.D.
