This research study looks at the role of perceived organizational support on teacher’s turnover intentions. For this study, 100 teachers from different universities were asked questions about perceived organizational support (POS), job satisfaction (JI), organizational commitment (OC) and turnover intentions (TI). When the surveys were completed and returned, the data was entered into SPSS for analysis. Several tests were run on the data, and significant findings were present. I found that as perceived organizational support raised their intention to turnover fell. I also found, as there is increase in perceived organizational support then the job satisfaction and organizational commitment also raised. The results and data are discussed in depth within this report. There are also several limitations as well as future research implications at the end of this research study.
