Training affects many important areas, i.e. productivity, quality, effectiveness, and commitment. These factors play an important role in any organization’s development.
In the very competitive environment we live in, the employee who knows the ’’know how’’ and who has the knowledge and capability to be effective and efficient is most welcomed for all companies, even some companies are trying to attract this type of employees from competitors. This knowledge is earned by training and experience. Because of these effects, it is important to discuss the training and its impacts on job satisfaction.
The primary aim of this research is to examine and investigate the mentioned bank HR training practices. For achievement of these objectives, the study will collect data from the employees who are working in Askari bank and Bank Alfalah. We know that training practices adopted by public sector organization impact on human resource management function in many organizations from last decade. These training practices lead the organization to develop their employee. Training and Development also integrate entire practices to involve more strategically in human resource management.
Research shows that training play a significant role in the execution and planning of human resource management. Implication for this public policy for the development of employee is more important. Training has significant importance in human resource management in many corporations (Andrew & Erica, 2007).

According to above table and percentage analysis, each values is showing different response of the employees or respondents, you can see that 43 % respondents of Askari bank have selected Agree option and 30 % respondents of Askari bank have selected strongly agree option, its mean on average 73 % respondents were found agree and strongly agree, according to their views, their organization is conducting extensive training program for their employees and they are satisfied with training practice of Askari bank but on average 21 % respondents of Askari bank have selected disagree and strongly disagree option as they are not satisfied with training practices of Askari bank.
On the other side now you can see Bank Alfalah finding, 23 % respondents have selected agree option, 17 % respondents have selected strongly agree option, according to their interest their organization is also conducting extensive training program for their employees and they are satisfied the training practices of Bank Alfalah but you can see that on average 48 % respondents of Bank Alfalah are selected disagree and strongly disagree option and they are not satisfied with training system of Bank Alfalah and by selecting this option they are giving evident that their organization is not conducting extensive training program for their employees.
Hence most of the employees of Askari bank are satisfied with the training practices of Askari bank and according to their views their organization is conducting extensive training program for their employees then Bank Alfalah.
