Job Satisfaction covers the satisfaction derived from being engaged in work or in any add any pursuit of a high order, it’s basically associated with human wants and their fulfillment through work. it’s generated by the individual perception of however well his job satisfies his numerous wants.

3.5. SATISFIED WITH THE SAFETY PRECAUTION WHICH ARE BEING TAKEN BY THE ORGANIZATION

Introduction:

This question is to identify that the employees are satisfied with the safety precautions which are taken by the organization.

1.   63% of the respondents are highly satisfied with their job.

2.   90% of the respondents are highly satisfied hat the management has given a chance to be innovative/creative.

3.   40% of the respondents are dissatisfied that their qualification is not matches to their present job profile.

4.   50% of the respondents are satisfied with the nature of work.

5.   70% of the respondents are satisfied with the safety precautions which are being taken by the organization.

6.   20% of the respondents are dissatisfied with the management cooperation.

7.   70% of the respondents are satisfied that the organization keeps the employees updated on the changes/achievements.

8.   35% of the respondents are dissatisfied with the cooperation exist among the employees.

9.   80% of the respondents are satisfied that the management plays vital role in enhancing employee cooperation.

10. 35% of the respondents are dissatisfied with the salary.

11. 70% of the respondents are satisfied with their increments.

12. 42% of the respondents are satisfied with the welfare facilities.

13. 20% of the respondents are dissatisfied with the fringe benefits.

14. 65% of the respondents said that any other company are providing higher salaries for the same work.

15. 70% of the respondents said that manager gives regular feed back about the work to the employees.

16. 67% of the respondents are satisfied that the communication between employers and employee.

17. 28% of the respondents dissatisfied with the family problems influence on performance.

18. 49% of the respondents are satisfied with the recreation facilities in the organization.

19. 44% of the respondents are highly satisfied with the organization concern about individual development.

20. 51% of the respondents are highly satisfied with the performance recognition by the organization.

21. 29%  of the respondents are dissatisfied with the job recognition in the society.

22. 27% of the respondents are satisfied with the organization image on the performance.

23. 67% of the respondents are highly satisfied about the teams and sharing the problems.

24. 26% of the respondents are dissatisfied with their placement of the employee.

25. 50% of the respondents are satisfied with the reflection of the superior attitude.
