Brand loyalty is a consumer’s preference to buy a particular brand in a product category. It occurs because consumers perceive that the brand offers the right product features, images or level of quality at the right price.  This perception becomes the inspiration for a brand new shopping for habit. Basically, customers initially can build an endeavor purchase of the complete and, once satisfaction, tend to create habits and continue getting constant complete as a result of the merchandise is safe and acquainted.

Shortly we can say that Brand Loyalty is the consumer’s conscious or unconscious decision, expressed through intention or behavior, to repurchase a brand continually. It occurs because the consumer perceives that the brand offers the right product features, image, or level of quality at the right price.

 

The purpose of this research was to measure the brand loyalty of Head & shoulder and Clear Shampoo and then make comparison report which company has more loyal customers. So that data were collected from the users of Head & shoulder and Clear shampoo by offering them questionnaires to fill up. So with the help of Primary data this research has been completed and all the objectives have been achieved.

Hence this research is going to conduct over these great brand to know why people preference particular brand instead of others. So I decided to conduct a research to use my research knowledge to find out consumers loyalty towards Head & shoulder and Clear Shampoo brands. Whether the consumers are happy or satisfied with their particular brands, which factors are force the consumers to buy a particular brands instead of alternative. Hence to find out the facts, data will be collect from the consumers by doing survey, Questionnaires will be distributed at the time of survey to fill up. A non-probability sampling technique will be used to gather the data from both brand users.

The project aim was to find out the brand loyalty of the consumers towards Head & shoulder and Clear shampoo. As you have earlier seen data was collected from the consumers with the help of Self administrative or structured questionnaires, these questionnaires were distributed among the customers in order to record their views regarding to particular brand.
